We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. The merchant typically processes orders within 1-3 days. If you request cancellation before the item ships and within the allowed cancellation period, your order will be successfully canceled.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee.The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
We do not accept returns on lingerie or final sale items.

Note that exchanges are not offered for issues unrelated to quality, such as item not matching photos, not meeting expectations, or clothing not fitting properly.
